In the heavily dominated DJ market, DJ uChiL has not only been able to shine and make his presence known in such a world, but he has done so all within three years of picking up a record. With his eclectic taste in music, ranging from energetic grooves with plenty of vocals to a deeper, progressive sound, and his capability of mixing different genre to create a unique sound, DJ uChiL is sure to turn heads and move feet any where he performs.
uChiL joined the music world at age 18, where he performs a rock band, and for his love of the dance music, he regularly enters the Jakarta dance scene from club to club enjoying the wonderful performance by old skool DJ, but he never considered music as a career at that time. After finished his study, he leaves music and work in TV production and event organize industry, A long the way, he still has his passion for music and follow the journey of dance music from House,Electro,Tech House,Break Beat,Ducth House.
In mid 2009, uChiL involved in organizing a rave party and that’s the time he got a special deep connection with the decks and found his passion for dance music. Within a year he professionally. The residency also gave uChiL the opportunity to play at different times of the night, allowing him to develop his own sound as well as develop a tremendous understanding of what is expected from a DJ.
